Short answer

Seuraajokaiselle.fi is a Finnish dating service run by CodeByte Oy of Kerava. By its own account it has operated since 2006. Creating a profile and using the basic features are free, but sending messages, replying to them and even opening the messages you receive require paid usage time (käyttöaika). Prices on 30 September 2026: 30 days €15.00, 60 days €20.00 and 180 days €30.00. Usage time never renews automatically. The terms do, however, contain a clause under which the right of withdrawal ends as soon as you log in after buying. It is worth reading before you pay.

What Seuraajokaiselle is and who runs it

Seuraajokaiselle.fi is a Finnish-language dating service. Its front page presents it as «Luotettava, 100% suomalainen deittipalvelu.» and says «Suomalaista seuranhakua vuodesta 2006» — a reliable, one hundred per cent Finnish dating service, in business since 2006. These are the service’s own statements. We cannot verify how long it has operated from the outside, so we give it as a quotation, not as a fact.

According to the first line of its delivery terms (toimitusehdot), the seller is CodeByte Oy, business ID 2784462-5. The postal address is Kumitehtaankatu 5, 04260 Kerava. Customer service answers by email at neuvonta@seuraajokaiselle.fi and by phone on 0400 808 654 on weekdays from 10 to 15. According to the service, a call costs the normal local or mobile rate.

This is good for the user and not something you see everywhere: the company name, business ID and address are easy to find, and with them you can look the company up in the Finnish trade register. Not every Finnish dating service shows these details on its own pages.

The same company also runs PrivateDeitti.net: the footer of its front page shows the same company name and the same address in Kerava. The Seuraajokaiselle.fi footer also links to codebyte.fi and callmedia.fi. So several dating services sit under one company, which is worth knowing if you think you are comparing competitors.

We will say this right away: Treffikone is not Seuraajokaiselle and does not represent it. This is an independent page, and its information was read from the service’s public pages. Seuraajokaiselle is, however, our partner, and so is PrivateDeitti.net. We earn a commission when someone signs up to the service through the link on this page. The commission is paid for an approved free sign-up, not for buying usage time, so it makes no difference to us whether you buy anything. More on this below.

Prices on 30 September 2026 — what a day of usage costs

Seuraajokaiselle publishes its price list openly on its Info page, so you can see the prices before signing up. According to the delivery terms, the prices include VAT.

There are two kinds of payment, and they are worth telling apart. Usage time (käyttöaika) is a fixed period during which you can use the service fully. Talk time (puheaika) is a prepaid balance for text messages and calls routed through the service. The service explains the difference like this: «Soittoja/tekstiviestejä ja vahtikoira viestejä varten tarvitset ennalta maksettua puheaikaa.» — for calls, text messages and watchdog alerts you need prepaid talk time.

There are three periods of usage time: 30, 60 and 180 days. Per day, 30 days cost 50 cents, 60 days about 33 cents and 180 days about 17 cents. Per day, the longest period costs only a third of what the shortest does, but it is also the largest single payment. If you are not sure there are enough users in your area, the shortest period is the safer first purchase.

For comparison, the monthly prices checked on 18 September 2026 were €16.95 at Suomi24 Treffit and €34.90 at E-kontakti with a photo profile. Of these three, Seuraajokaiselle is the cheapest per month. Price is not everything, though: a cheap period is expensive if there is nobody in your area. You can work out the options with the price calculator.

Payments are handled by Visma Pay. According to the delivery terms, «tiliotteella ja laskulla maksun saajana näkyy Visma Pay tai Visma Payments Oy» — on bank statements and invoices the payee appears as Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. In other words, the charge does not appear under the service’s name. That is worth knowing in advance if someone else also sees your bank statement.

  • 30 days: €15.00 (€0.50 a day)
  • 60 days: €20.00 (about €0.33 a day)
  • 180 days: €30.00 (about €0.17 a day)
  • Text messages on talk time: from €0.185 each
  • Calls on talk time: from €0.369 a minute

What is free and where the paywall starts

Signing up is free. According to the membership terms (jäsenehdot), the free basic features are searching, browsing profiles, sending and viewing photos in the gallery, sending flirts to other members and sending VIP invitations. Everything else requires paid usage time.

The paywall starts with messaging. With usage time you can send messages, reply to the ones you receive and chat, and you also need it to open the messages sent to you. This is the most important point about the paywall: messages can arrive for free, but reading them costs money. It is a common structure in the industry, and it is worth knowing beforehand, because a newly arrived message is exactly the moment when many people decide to pay.

The Info page puts it more briefly: «Tarvitset Käyttöaikaa voidaksesi käyttää palvelua.» — you need usage time to use the service. That sounds as if nothing can be done for free, but the more detailed list in the membership terms shows that searching and browsing profiles cost nothing.

Talk time is a separate extra. With it you can send text messages and call other members through the service. According to the membership terms, messages and calls go anonymously, and the recipient must have allowed the feature in their own profile.

On 30 September 2026 the price list offered no free trial of the paid features. The cheapest way to try the service is 30 days for 15 euros. Before even that, it is worth creating a free profile and seeing how many users of your age and in your area a search returns. If there are few matches, no price is cheap.

Why we do not publish reviews of this service

After the service’s name, the first suggestion Google offers is «kokemuksia» — experiences, reviews. Our answer is direct: we have not used the service and therefore do not publish our own experiences of it. Invented experiences would be marketing dressed up as assessment, which is both prohibited and useless to the reader.

Instead we tell you what we can check and what anyone can check after us: the price, what the terms say about withdrawal, whether usage time renews, and how to get your profile removed. These are exactly the things people usually look for when they search «seuraajokaiselle kokemuksia»: they want to know whether they will regret paying.

The search results for this query show discussion forums and review sites. Forum posts are the experiences of individual people, and it is worth checking their dates: prices and terms may have changed since. Review sites often earn a commission from their links, as we do. That does not make a review wrong, but it is worth knowing, and it should be disclosed. We disclose it three times on this page.

The withdrawal clause — the law and the term side by side

This is the most important part of the page, which is why it comes before the affiliate button in the text. We quote the terms word for word, including their typos.

First, what the terms do well: the right of withdrawal is spelled out. The delivery terms say (read on 30 September 2026): «Sovellettavan lain nojalla käyttäjällä on 14 vuorokautta aikaa peruuttaa ostotapahtua erittelemättä peruutuksen syytä. Ilmoitus ostotapahtuman peruuttamisesta tulee lähettää sähköpostilla osoitteeseen neuvonta@seuraajokaiselle.fi.» — under the applicable law, the user has 14 days to cancel a purchase without giving a reason, and the notice of cancellation must be sent by email. Not all of the Finnish dating services we checked even mention this right, so it is a good starting point.

The same paragraph, however, contains a clause that makes the right very short in practice: «Jos käyttäjä kirjautuu tililleeen tilausoston jälkeen, käynnistää se automaattisesti "laajennetun käyttöajan", ja näin ollen ei oikeus lakisääteiseen peruutusoikeuteen ole enää voimassa.» — if the user logs into their account after the purchase, this automatically starts the “extended usage time”, and the statutory right of withdrawal is therefore no longer valid. The same text appears in both the delivery terms and the membership terms. Under the terms, then, the right ends the moment you first open the service you have paid for.

Chapter 6, section 14 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act gives a fourteen-day right of withdrawal in distance selling. Section 15 of the same chapter sets out when the right can be lost before the period ends. For services, the Act says performance may begin before the withdrawal period ends «edellyttäen, että kuluttaja on tehnyt tätä koskevan nimenomaisen pyynnön ja antanut hyväksyntänsä sille, että hänellä ei ole enää peruuttamisoikeutta sen jälkeen, kun elinkeinonharjoittaja on täyttänyt sopimuksen kokonaisuudessaan» — provided that the consumer has expressly requested it and has acknowledged that they will no longer have a right of withdrawal once the trader has fully performed the contract.

Note the word kokonaisuudessaan — “fully”. Thirty days of usage time have not been fully performed at the moment you first log in. If the service is instead treated as digital content — and the delivery terms say its products «ovat digitaalisia käyttöoikeuksia», that is, they are digital access rights — the Act requires the consumer’s express prior consent and a separate acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost, and both must be confirmed to the consumer in the order confirmation. Either way, the Act ties the loss of the right to the consumer’s own request or consent, not to a login alone.

Under the terms, the right also ends if you send a text message or start a call before the withdrawal period is over. This part is closer to the intent of the law, since a message already sent or a call already made is a service already performed.

The second detail concerns refunds. The terms say: «Maksunpalautus suoritetaan 14 arkipäivän kuluessa peruutuspyynnöstä.» — the refund is made within 14 working days of the cancellation request. Chapter 6, section 17 of the Act requires the trader to return what it has received «viivytyksettä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluttua peruuttamisilmoituksen saatuaan» — without delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. Working days exclude at least Sundays and public holidays, so the period in the terms is always longer than the one in the Act.

The same document also contains a paragraph on returned products, which must be «alkuperäispakkauksessa ja myyntikuntoisia» — in their original packaging and in saleable condition. The text was apparently written originally for an ordinary online shop. What matters for the reader is that the withdrawal paragraph applies to purchased usage time, not the instructions for returning goods.

The third point is how to withdraw. The terms name email as the only channel. Since 19 June 2026, chapter 6, section 14 a of the Consumer Protection Act has required sellers of contracts concluded online to offer a separate withdrawal function (peruuttamistoiminto), which must be kept «näkyvästi esillä verkkorajapinnassa koko peruuttamisajan» — prominently displayed on the online interface throughout the withdrawal period. We found no such function on the service’s public pages on 30 September 2026. Purchases are made while logged in, however, and we have not signed up to the service, so we cannot see whether the function exists in the logged-in view. Check it yourself on the purchase page before paying. Email is in any case a valid way to give notice of withdrawal: according to the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, besides the form and the withdrawal function, a free-form notice is also valid, as long as it makes clear that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

We do not say that the service breaks the law. That judgment belongs to a court or a supervisory authority, not a comparison site. We say what anyone can read at the same addresses: under the terms, logging in ends the right of withdrawal, while the law ties the loss of the right to the consumer’s express request and acknowledgement.

What this means for you as a reader: under chapter 6, section 5 of the Act, «Sopimusehto, joka poikkeaa tämän luvun säännöksistä kuluttajan vahingoksi, on mitätön, jollei jäljempänä toisin säädetä.» — a contract term that departs from the provisions of this chapter to the consumer’s detriment is void, unless otherwise provided below. If you believe you are entitled to withdraw, do it in writing within fourteen days, refer to chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act and keep a copy of your message. A template in Finnish follows below. If you get no reply or the reply does not satisfy you, the next step is consumer advice (kuluttajaneuvonta) and after that the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta), which the service’s own terms also mention. Both are free of charge.

One fair clarification in the service’s favour: withdrawing does not mean you get everything back, nor that you get nothing. The Act says that if performance of the service has begun at your request, you pay reasonable compensation for what has already been performed. The rest is refunded.

And here we state our position for the third time and most clearly: Seuraajokaiselle is our partner, and we earn a commission if you sign up to the service through this page. We publish this finding anyway and place it above the affiliate button in the text: on this site, the in-text button cannot come before this section, and it is the code that makes sure of that, not memory. The ad panel at the right edge or bottom of the screen is labelled as an ad.

Usage time does not renew automatically — what it means in practice

This is Seuraajokaiselle.fi’s clearest strength, and it deserves to be stated as plainly as the previous point.

The service says there is no automatic renewal on several pages. On the Info page: «Ei, meillä ei ole suoraveloitusta ja kaikki käyttöajat ovat määräaikaisia.» — no, we have no direct debit, and all usage periods are fixed-term. On the front page: «Tilaus ei jatku tai uusiudu koskaan automaattisesti. Lopettaminen ei maksa mitään.» — an order never continues or renews automatically, and stopping costs nothing. And in the delivery terms: «Meiltä ei siis koskaan tule sinulle laskuja etu- eikä jälkikäteen ja jäsenyys on aina ilmainen.» — you will never get bills from us in advance or afterwards, and membership is always free.

In practice this removes the problem behind many complaints about dating services. If an order does not renew, you do not have to remember to cancel it, and no charge appears on your account months later. So if you are wondering how to cancel a Seuraajokaiselle subscription, the answer is: you do not need to, because usage time simply ends.

Your profile also stays in the service free of charge after the usage time ends: «Käyttöajan päätyttyä profiilisi säilyy palvelussa ellet pyydä poistamaan sitä.» — when your usage time ends, your profile remains in the service unless you ask for it to be deleted. That is good to know if you want to take a break and come back later, and just as good to know if you do not want your profile to remain in the service.

In international dating apps a rolling subscription is the rule, and that is exactly how people end up noticing a charge only on their bank statement. Among the Finnish services we checked, most use fixed-term periods, and Seuraajokaiselle states it most clearly. It is fair to say so on the same page where we describe the weaker part of its terms.

Closing and deleting your profile

You can close your profile yourself or ask for it to be deleted completely. In the service’s words: «Voit sulkea profiilisi Asetukset-sivulla. — you can close your profile on the Settings page; after that, other users cannot see it or contact you through the service; you can reopen it if you wish; to delete it completely, contact customer service.

The difference matters. A closed profile is invisible to others, but the data remains in the service, and the profile can be reopened. Complete deletion cannot be done in the settings yourself; it goes through customer service. If you simply do not want to be found right now, closing is enough. If you do not want your data in the service at all, ask for deletion.

Send the deletion request in writing to neuvonta@seuraajokaiselle.fi and keep a copy. The GDPR gives you the right to ask for your own data to be erased, and a written request serves as evidence later. Both the membership terms and the privacy notice (rekisteriseloste) open in a pop-up window from the links in the site footer.

One practical reminder: save your payment receipt before deleting your profile. After deletion you may no longer be able to get it through the service, and it is exactly what you will need if a dispute about the payment arises later.

What to check yourself before you pay

This list is not only about this service. The same check works for any paid dating service and takes about ten minutes.

  • How many matches a search returns in your area and your age range. You can do this for free before buying.
  • Which period suits you. 30 days for 15 euros is the smallest single purchase; 180 days for 30 euros is the cheapest per day.
  • Whether you need talk time. Text messages and calls are paid separately, and usage time does not cover them.
  • What the terms say about withdrawal and what the law says. Now you know both.
  • Whether the purchase page has a withdrawal function. The law has required it since 19 June 2026.
  • Under what name the charge appears on your statement. For this service the payee is Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy.
  • How to get your profile removed. You can close it yourself; full deletion goes through customer service.

Frequently asked

How much does Seuraajokaiselle cost?

Usage time costs €15.00 for 30 days, €20.00 for 60 days and €30.00 for 180 days. Text messages and calls are paid separately with talk time: text messages from €0.185 each and calls from €0.369 a minute. Checked on 30 September 2026 in the service’s own price list. Signing up and the basic features are free.

Is Seuraajokaiselle free?

Partly. Signing up, searching, browsing profiles, gallery photos, flirts and VIP invitations are free. Sending messages, replying, chat and opening the messages you receive require paid usage time. On 30 September 2026 the price list offered no free trial of the paid features.

Does Seuraajokaiselle usage time renew automatically?

No. The service says so on several of its pages, for example: «Kaikki tilaukset ovat määräaikaisia eikä niitä koskaan uusita automaattisesti.» — all orders are fixed-term and are never renewed automatically. There is no direct debit. You do not need to cancel anything, and your profile stays in the service free of charge unless you ask for it to be deleted.

Can I withdraw from a purchase of usage time?

Under the terms you can cancel a purchase within 14 days by emailing neuvonta@seuraajokaiselle.fi. The same terms, however, say that the right ends once you log into your account after buying. The Consumer Protection Act ties the loss of the right to the consumer’s express request and acknowledgement. If you want to withdraw, do it in writing within 14 days and keep a copy. A template is on this page.

How do I delete my Seuraajokaiselle profile?

You can close your profile yourself on the Settings page; it then becomes invisible to others and can be reopened later. Complete deletion is done by contacting customer service. Email neuvonta@seuraajokaiselle.fi, keep a copy, and save your payment receipt before the profile is deleted.

Where can I find Seuraajokaiselle reviews?

We do not publish our own reviews, because we have not used the service. Search results include forum posts and review sites. Check the dates of posts, because prices and terms may have changed, and remember that review sites often earn a commission from their links. The things that can be verified, such as price, terms, renewal and profile deletion, are collected on this page.

Who runs Seuraajokaiselle.fi?

According to the delivery terms, the seller is CodeByte Oy (business ID 2784462-5), Kumitehtaankatu 5, 04260 Kerava. The same company also runs PrivateDeitti.net. Customer service: neuvonta@seuraajokaiselle.fi and 0400 808 654 on weekdays from 10 to 15.

What name does the charge show on my bank statement?

According to the delivery terms, the payee appears as Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy, not the name of the service. Visma Pay is the service’s payment provider.
